***IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ THIS SECTION BEFORE CONTACTING US FOR A BOOKING***

* Kindly read through our standard collections and/ or digital collections pages first. They include information on the types of sessions that we offer and pricing structure. We also recommend that you read our notes page for some additional information.

* We do not take bookings at short notice. If you would like to book a session with us, we kindly ask that you contact at least 3 weeks prior to your preferred session date.

* We do not have a phone number for general enquiries. We respond to all booking requests by email only, explaining everything, from collection pricing, to answering any questions that you may have included in the form.

* Once you submit the form below, expect a detailed email reply from us within 2 - 3 working days. The email will also include a link to our photography services agreement, which we kindly ask that you to read before checking the "I Agree" box and signing it. Please make sure to provide a valid email address, and check your spam folder if you can't find our email reply in your inbox

* Image editing can take up to 4 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is also mentioned in the agreement. Special requests for speeding up the process cannot be accommodated due to the time-consuming nature of the work involved.

* The collections listed in form below are the only ones we offer, and all sessions take place at our studio/ studio garden. We do not offer corporate, special event/occasion or location photoshoots at this time.

* When filling in the form, you can either choose a "standard collection" OR a "mini digital collection", not both.

* Add-ons are only applicable to "standard collections", with the exception of "garden access", which can be added to "mini digital collections".

* Please note that by submitting a form, you are only requesting a booking, which is only approved after you sign our photography services agreement. The booking is then secured upon payment of a non-refundable deposit, within a given deadline.
