*Before the Session
 

- All sessions are booked at least three weeks in advance. The process begins by you submitting a booking request form.

- You will then receive an email reply from us within 2 to 3 working days of submitting your form. Please check your junk mail folder if you can't find our reply in your inbox.

- After reading our email reply, and if you would still like to go ahead with the booking, you must read and sign our photography services agreement by the given deadline.

 

- After receiving the signed agreement, we will call you within 1 - 2 working days to arrange for deposit transfer, and to discuss session arrangements.

- A session booking is only confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit, due within 24 hours of our phone consultation.

- The remaining balance is due at the end of the session, in cash or by CliQ payment.

*Session Guidelines
 

- We operate a no shoes/ no food and drink policy in the studio area to keep it clean and hygienic for children.

- We operate a no smartphone photography/video calling and/or filming policy in our studio and garden.  Any behind the scenes footage recorded by the photographer will be sent to you via WhatsApp in the days after the session, if requested by the client.

- Our home studio space is quite small, for which reason only up to two adults may come with the baby or children being photographed.
 

*After the Session
 

- The photographer will upload up to 50 unedited images to a password-protected online proofing gallery for client viewing and selection for editing.  The number of images to be uploaded depends on the purchased collection.  Image selection limit is based on the number images included in the collection.  After receiving the selected images, the photographer will  proceed to edit them to a high standard. 

 

- Please keep in mind that image editing can take up 20 working days (4 weeks) to complete (excluding weekends), depending on the photographer's editing schedule.  Exceptions cannot be made to this policy.  This is because rushed editing often results in sub-standard final image quality.  Once the editing phase is complete, the final images will be uploaded to the same gallery (for mini digital collections), ready for download, or saved on a USB drive (for standard collections), ready for delivery with prints.  
 

- Prints and other purchased products will be ready for collection within 15 - 20 working days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

*Choosing Outfits
 

*Part of what makes a beautiful, timeless portrait is the simplicity of the outfit worn by the subject. As a general rule, try to go for simple outfits that have no words, animals or cartoon characters printed on them. In terms of colour choice, neutrals such as white, cream, beige, etc., would complement any studio backdrop/ set up. These are general guidelines that will be discussed in detail during the phone consultation, based on the theme/ set up requested for the upcoming session.
 

*Studio Opening Times

- Sunday - Thursday

- 11 AM - 4 PM (Last booking slot at 2:30 PM)

- Saturday bookings may be arranged for an additional fee of JD 25.

- Closed on Fridays and public holidays.
