*Before the Session
 

- All sessions are booked at least three weeks in advance. The process begins by you submitting a booking form.

- You will then receive an email reply from us within 2 to 3 working days of submitting your form. Please check your junk mail folder if you can't find our reply in your inbox.

- After reading our email reply, and if you would still like to book the session, you must read and sign our photography services agreement.

 

- After receiving the signed agreement, we will call you within 2 working days to arrange for deposit transfer, and to discuss session preferences.

- A session booking is only confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit, due within 24 hours of our phone consultation.

- The remaining balance is due on session day, in cash or by CliQ, before leaving the studio.

*Session Guidelines
 

- We operate a no shoes/ no food and drink policy in the studio area to keep it clean and hygienic for children.

- We operate a no smartphone photography/video calling and/or filming policy in our studio and garden.  Any behind the scenes footage recorded by the photographer will be sent to you via WhatsApp in the days after the session, if requested by the client.

- Our home studio space is quite small, for which reason only up to two adults may come with the baby or children being photographed.
 

*After the Session
 

- The photographer will upload up to 50 unedited images to a password-protected online proofing gallery for client viewing and selection for editing.  The number of images to be uploaded depends on the purchased collection.  Image selection limit is based on the number images included in the collection.  After receiving the selected images, the photographer will  proceed to edit them to a high standard.  Please keep in mind that image editing can take up 15 working days to complete (excluding weekends), depending on the photographer's editing schedule.  Exceptions cannot be made to this policy.  This is because rushed editing often results in sub-standard final image quality.  Also, kindly note that our editing does not include modifying details such as body shape, double chin, nail polish removal or outfit colour change.  Once the editing process is complete, the final images will be re-uploaded to the same gallery, in web ready format (see below section on web ready digitals),  for client download and print selection.  
 

- Additional print and products may be ordered, but must be paid for in advance. 
 

- Prints and other purchased products will be ready for collection within 15 - 20 working days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
 

*Web Ready Digital Images
 

- Medium resolution digital images (suitable for online use and sharing, not print), with a small watermark.

- The number of digital images to be delivered is based on the purchased collection.  Please refer to the packages page for details.

 

*Print Ready Digital Images
 

- Full resolution, un-watermarked, digital images may be purchased, in JPG format, with a print release. 

- We do not show or sell any remaining, unedited images that were not selected by the photographer for client viewing and selection process.

 

*Print Release
 

- You may wish to purchase fully edited, full resolution digital images in JPG format, but for copyright reasons it would come with a a print release. The terms of the release are as follows:
 

You CAN:

- Post images on social media, share them via email and messaging apps.

- Print an unlimited number of them in any media format without referring back to the photographer.
 

You CANNOT:

- Edit or alter the images in any way, including cropping and filters.

- Claim the work as your own.

- Use the images for commercial gain.

 

*Choosing Outfits
 

*Part of what makes a beautiful, timeless portrait is the simplicity of the outfit worn by the subject. As a general rule, try to go for simple outfits that have no words, animals or cartoon characters printed on them. In terms of colour choice, neutrals such as white, cream, beige, etc., would complement any studio backdrop/ set up. These are general guidelines thwill be discussed in detail during the phone consultation, based on the theme/ set up desired for the upcoming session.
 

*Studio Opening Times

- 11 AM - 4 PM (Last booking slot at 2:30 PM)

- Saturday bookings may be arranged for an additional fee of JD 25.

- Closed on Fridays and public holidays.
